Commemoration for the so called „Reichskristallnacht”
Together with the Christian churches, the „Bündnis für Toleranz Sinsheim” and representatives of Sinsheim we remembered the atrocities that frightened the Jewish population in November 1938.
We met on the Synagogenplatz in Sinsheim on November 9th at 5 pm. The Sinsheim synagogue, too, was demolished during the events that were trivilialized by the Nazis as „Reichskristallnacht”.
The denkmal aktiv-AG of the Wilhelmi-Gymnasium presented a meditation in the program.
