„Jews' Register” of the 3rd Reich

The Gestapo started a special Jew's register around 1935. The town office had to write a list of all Jews that were living in Steinsfurt in 1933.

This list was not very carefully filled in and there were several additions by hand without numbers. We use italics for these.

In addition all movements of Jews from and to Steinsfurt had to be registered at the Bezirksamt Sinsheim and at the SS. Additional persons from these notifications are marked „XX”

We use in addition the police registers for comparisons and corrections.
